Welcome! This is where you will find the latest pre-planned events being offered.

Meditation for Anyone is offered in a variety of 30 minute sessions to get you into the rhythm of meditating. You will be introduced to a form of meditation using silent mantras as a tool to release your thoughts. This is one part of the Chopra method that Christine is trained to teach.

The whole Perfect Health program is also offered to you (see bookings). Just think about setting aside one or two hours of your time to dedicate to your total body mind health with teachings about sleep, nutrition, emotional well being, reducing stress/increasing calm, mindful movement! We will take five weeks to complete the intensive course and 10 weeks for the relaxed pace.
